Theology of the Body – Monday, April 20, 7:30 pm
April 20 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
(Rescheduled from April 13). God created the world—and you—on purpose. But what is that purpose? Theology of the Body is a series of talks by St. John Paul the Great that explore the meaning of human sexuality and our purpose as beings created in God’s image. These profound ideas will be discussed at the upcoming Patricians presentation. Join us as John Pitts summarizes the fundamental truths of Theology of the Body and leads us in group discussion. Made in God’s image and likeness, you are your body, and you are made for love. What you do with your body matters, and God has a perfect plan for each of us—including our bodies. So, what is that plan? Come with your questions and thoughts as we explore what it means to be made for love together. Monday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m. in the Acolyte Room (just below the last three stations). And mark your calendar for the May 11 presentation on sacred music.
