St. Lucy Food Drive: June 12th-June 20th

St. Veronica will be hosting a food drive to benefit Catholic Charities St. Lucy Project June 12^th-June 20^th.  Blue bags for donations will be offered after Masses the weekend of June 12th/13th.  Return donated items to the bins in the vestibules no later than June 20^th.

Please consider adding a few of these non-perishable items, boxed, bagged or canned (no glass), to your shopping list for our neighbors in need:  

¨ Jelly;

¨ Canned meat—tuna, chicken, ham & beef;

¨ Canned corn, green beans & mixed vegetables;

¨ Peanut butter;

¨ Cereal & oatmeal;

¨ Rice & grains, 1-2 lbs. only;

¨ Beans—canned, baked, dried;

¨ Diced tomatoes, 14.5-28 oz. only;

¨ Pasta sauce;

¨ Pasta;

¨ Shelf stable boxed milk & no sugar added juice; and

¨ Baking items—Bisquick, flour & shortening.

Gift cards from Walmart, Giant and Aldie are also welcome, as well as checks made out to CCDA, St. Lucy Project in memo line.
