Divine Mercy Novena Continues through Sunday, April 19th

April 14, 2020 1:13 pm

In preparation for, and leading up to, Divine Mercy Sunday, April 19th, St. Veronica Parish has been praying a novena to The Divine Mercy.  The request and prayers for this novena were given by Our Lord directly to St. Faustina:  “I desire that during these nine days [beginning Good Friday] you bring souls to the fountain of My mercy, that they may draw therefrom strength and refreshment and whatever grace they need in the hardships of life, especially at the hour of death.”  Jesus to St. Faustina, Diary of St. Faustina, 1209-29.  The novena prayers, which bring a different group of souls to the Heart of Jesus each of the nine days as instructed by Our Lord, will be available in the church or you may find them online.  See https://tinyurl.com/r3sgcdr.

Father Kleinmann and Father Dyer will pray the novena after all streamed, recorded and private Masses during these nine days.  Join us in this powerful entreaty for mercy.
