St. Lucy Food Drive

St. Veronica is hosting a food drive to benefit Catholic Charities St. Lucy Project, Saturday, February 4^th to Sunday, February 12^th.  Please consider picking up a blue bag in the church vestibule and adding a few of these non-perishable items, boxed, bagged or canned (no glass), to your shopping list for our neighbors in need:  

¨ Peanut butter;

¨ Jelly;

¨ Canned meat—tuna, chicken, ham, beef;

¨ Canned corn, green beans & mixed vegetables;

¨ Cereal & oatmeal;

¨ Rice & grains, 1-2 lbs. only;

¨ Beans—canned, baked, dried;

¨ Diced tomatoes, 14.5-28 oz. only;

¨ Pasta sauce;

¨ Pasta;

¨ Shelf stable boxed milk & no sugar added juice; and

¨ Baking items—Bisquick, flour & shortening.

Gift cards to Walmart, Giant and Aldi, brought to the parish office, are also welcome.  Thank you in advance for your generosity.
